What do you get out of participating in the 6-Month Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consulting Practice- Jumpstart Program?
In the next 6 months, we will start you off on your next future as an Independent DEI Consultant. We will work with you to:
- Create a Business Plan
- Identify your Target Audience.
- Update your own Profile and Branding.
- Support you to Create Content for outreach messages.
- Show you how and where to find the Decision Makers in your target audience.
- How to reach out to them and generate interest, so you can pitch your offers
- Get you out there in front of at least 5000 C-Suite Decision Makers
- Share Best Practices of being an effective DEI Consultant.
- In 6 months, you could be looking at anywhere from $100K to a million dollars in contract value (Conditions apply)
- You will be set up for the next 2/3/4 years with proposals, contracts and double or triple your revenue goals.

Program Includes the following but not limited to:

- Monitor responses from target outreach activity.
- Creation of a live lead sheet for you which is updated daily with responses.
- Check and respond to interested target audience (Client)
- Have 24/7 access to and receive guidance from CEO on how to
- Have individual conversations with Decision Makers (Client)
- Have an option to set up meetings with prospects through online calendar.
- At all times up to 500 targeted high value leads queued up to connect with you
- After project end date, set up to continue engagement with 1000 additional targets.
- Get 1 /30-minute personalized zoom consultation sessions with CEO every month.
- Review with CEO what’s working, what’s not working, what’s missing
- Get daily lead alerts from Account Manager when prospect responds.
- Get unlimited opportunity to Beta Test which content creates most traction.
- Unlimited support and access from dedicated account supervisor
- Get suggestions on promoting Webinars, Open events, Lunch & Learns etc.
- Monthly Reporting of activity
- Most Importantly at least additional 25/30 HOT DE&I LEADS EVERY MONTH
Once (As early as your 3rd month, if you have been able to send out at least 3 proposals and close one contract with a client with our support, you will then have the opportunity to participate in the Senior Diversity Partner Team at Unstoppable Performance Leaders. This will allow you to bid on $15million dollars and above in proposals and contracts for DEI projects.
